Every morning starts the same way. Dough that's been proving overnight comes out of the tins, loaves go into the oven, and the first customers arrive just as the sourdough crust turns golden.

We're a traditional village bakery on North Road. The recipes haven't changed, the early starts haven't changed, and the smell of fresh bread at 7:30am definitely hasn't changed.
